I wrote this review before I went to the spa which turned out to be another bad experience. They have a new policy of not turning on the sauna and steam room till 1.30 pm so they were cold.
A beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Staff are friendly and the room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast options were great and overall deco of the hotel is beautiful. Spa was great.The lounge is also very nice

Due to his poor complaints handling we requested he left notes on our check out invoice so that we could show this with a formal complaint that I could email to the hotel. Mark advised he had done this and he placed the invoice inside a sealed envelope. I opened the envelope and to my disbelief there were no additional notes Newcastle casino of the complaint we raised. When questioned Mark advised he is unable to leave notes on the invoice which made me immediately distrust him and anything he had previously said to me. I have since written a formal complaint via email and it has been over a week without receiving any acknowledgement or reply. This is apparently one of the best hotels in Birmingham city centre. The experience me and my partner faced was more towards the standards of a Travelodge or premier inn and even in those hotels you would receive a much better service with compensation or even refund. I would not usually leave such a review but the experience I faced was disgusting and I was made to feel at blame by Mark and feel I gave pelo choice having had pelo reply or acknowledgement to my formal complaint and believe others should be aware of this awful stay. Avoid this hotel.
a little bit of everything & anything for children and adults of all ages! So many places to eat.. Free parking also. We really enjoyed our first visit such a fun day out! My children had an amazing time at ten pin bowling and the arcades, we definitely will be coming back in the future :-)
pelo notices anywhere in the spa or room. I spoke to the hotel duty manager whose response was to say the spa is run by another company and it’s a free added extra. He said I should have read the email my husband received after checking in.
Hotel was lovely and the service was amazing for the most part Only stayed for one night but soon after arrival I informed front desk that my window was smudged and stained from top to bottom however they assured me someone would come and clean it within 24 hours.
Fantastic experience for the whole family's good arrangements for food and seating. Parking can always be better, however for disabled users they do have parking closers to the even sitio and easy access.
Great place to visit.... plenty of shops and places to eat & drink, we visited Las iguanas and there cocktails were yummy...
